Beginning (or beginning again) Yoga
Join us for this mellow morning yoga class perfect for anyone seeking a restful, therapeutic movement and mindfulness practice. Each session, you will:
Practice breath awareness and learn about breathing techniques
Gently move your joints to support overall wellness
Practice simple standing postures to build strength and balance
Stretch out and relax your musculoskeletal system
Listen to a guided meditation and sound experience (bowls, chimes, bells, etc.)

No experience necessary (experienced yogis will – however – enjoy the gorgeous setting and authentic approach to the practice)
YOUR TEACHER
Bethany helps folks reclaim the power of REST. She is registered at the highest level of yoga accreditation (500-hr ERYT), certified as a yoga for preschoolers and people with special needs teacher, certified as a trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher, and certified as an Ayurvedic cook.
Mostly, as the mother of two young kids, Bethany lives the talk of vibrant self-care, slow living, and a life rooted in presence.
