Delve in to activities at your leisure, taking part in as much or as little as you like. Our time table will be perfectly balanced between exciting activities and personal time to relax, dip in the pool and catch up on ‘me time’. You are invited to try everything, however, extra personal time and long lies are also supported.

Louise Cameron

Physiotherapist, yoga teacher and Pilates teacher. Louise combines her scientific training and experience with her yoga training in India (a magical east meets west holistic approach) to guide you to reach your body and minds full potential.

Her ethos is is to honor and embrace our body on each new day, exactly as it is. “It is only the mind that thinks the body should be a certain way or achieve a special posture. When we learn to silence the mind we can lovingly accept our body as it is. From this loving awareness and acceptance comes the powerful transformation”
