A true retreat gives you the opportunity to explore finding the answers you seek in life. And that means stepping out of the habits and routines you have been living in day in and day out for weeks, months, even years.

As your guide, I will provide you a space for you to return to yourself. To cultivate a wholeness that you not only experience while away but return home with to nurture a continual growth within. Through movement practices like yoga, dance and river walking along with mindfulness rituals including meditation, deep Belief Work and ceremony, The Retreat: Costa Rica is a time to nurture your own Midlife Awakening and an invitation to make your way back to the place you’ve been seeking to return to: home within yourself.

Twice daily Movement + Mindfulness practices (yoga mats & props provided)

Three INCREDIBLE fresh, organic Gaia Gourmet vegetarian meals per day … And when I say this is some of the the best food I’ve EVER had, it’s not an understatement! (Vegan + Gluten Free options available)

Access to the open-air yoga pagoda, outdoor lap pool, sun deck, hammocks + gardens for movement + relaxation. And the pool is a great place to stargaze at night!

Brittany Lynne is a yoga teacher and meditation & yoga nidra guide. She leads workshops, retreats and trainings internationally. Brittany guides her classes with creative, intelligent sequencing and the intention of cultivating present-moment awareness to invite balance and a deep sense of calm to her students so that they may embody their own journey of Beautifully Awakening. She’s passionate about sharing yoga and meditation with her community and loves hearing people’s stories of their own shifts into a more balanced way of living. Brittany strives to share her light with the world and encourages others to do the same.
