Yoga sessions

All our instructors are experienced yoga teachers, speaking English.

The yoga program is designed to suit your level, from beginner to intermediate, for balance, immune system boost, weight loss, and concentration.

Yoga sessions are based on Hatha & Restorative & Yin yoga.

The classes usually take place on the yoga platform facing the ocean or on our roofed yoga ashram.

We usually do two classes a day (morning sunrise and evening sunset) but it can vary.

Sometimes we host special guests: Yoga gurus from India and Yogi masters from all around the world, Ayurveda experts, spiritual guides, meditation experts…

We will share with you all the knowledge we have gathered, to give you a different idea on how to live a healthier & happier life even in a fast paced society; the changes one can make in little habits, tricks for improvement and yoga practices, that are just so good for everyone and have the power to improve your quality of life.

Once we are happy, the world is becoming a better place; the Earth heals through us.

Yoga sessions will be tailored to meet your needs. We can work specifically on your issues (back pain, weight loss, hips openers, insomnia..), so that you will get the most out of your time here. Different yoga techniques will be introduced and different meditation techniques as well, so that you can find the one that fits you most.

We will make a special custom-made plan for you to continue it afterwards, so that your time here becomes a true life improving this experience.

Sample schedule

7:00 Ayurveda morning rituals (tongue scraping, oil pulling, warm lemon water)

7:30- 8:30 Morning Yoga

8:30 – 9:30 Breakfast

10:00 Free time / Workshop / Excursion

13:00 Lunch

14:30 Free time / Workshop / Excursion

17:00 Herbal tea (from our organic garden)

17:00 – 18:00 Sunset Yoga class (Hatha / Yin / Restorative)

18:30 – 19:00 Dinner

20:00 – 20:30 Reflection & Sharing

20:30 – 21:00 Meditation (one meditation technique per day, after yoga or after dinner : Ho’oponopono mantra cleaning meditation, guided meditations…)

21:00 Evening program (watching stars, relaxing, watching consciousness movies, Full moon & New moon ceremonies).

According to your choice of retreat you will be treated to healthy organic meals and drinks, herbal teas, fresh coconut water & superfood smoothies.

All food is gluten & dairy free : choose vegetarian, vegan or raw – or juicing or fast.

There will be many opportunities to try exotic activities such as snorkeling, horseback riding, waterfalls, surfing, hiking, rafting and much more.
