Summary

This retreat will take you on a journey to deeply soothe your nervous system, align your physical body and enliven your spirit!

Body: You will be guided through daily yoga & Feldenkrais classes to improve your flexibility, strength, and alignment. (See below for a description of Feldenkrais)

Mind: You will learn practices to shift emotional and energy blockages and release negative beliefs and social conditioning and reconnect to the wisdom of your heart. The last day the focus will be manifestation and abundance.

Spirit: Through meditation and taking time to ground and center yourself in this beautiful obscure nature setting, you will have the opportunity to reconnect to the truth of who you are.

The weekend will consist of Feldenkrais® lessons, yoga, laughter, connection, meditation, movement classes, nature, as well as personal and spiritual growth classes. You’ll also have plenty of free time to relax around the retreat center’s natural settings, spend time journaling, connecting with wonderful like-minded women, or sipping on a cup of tea.

Covid Cautious – **Everyone must either quarantine 5 days prior to coming, show their vaccine card, or show results of a coronavirus test within 7 days of the retreat.

What is Feldenkrais?
The Feldenkrais method®, emphasizes the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. You will be guided through gentle movement sequences which have an extraordinary effect on adapting the nervous system towards its optimal state. The method is great for easing body aches and pains and helping us to regain clarity, focus, and direction.

What should I expect from the movement classes?

Freeing your body from stiffness, aches and pain.

Shara is an Intuitive Coach a Somatic Feldenkrais Practitioner and a Reverend with over 25 years working in the medical field.

Shara is passionate about helping women to remove those invisible blocks and barriers that stand in the way of them accessing their fullest potential and desires.

She just published a book + workbook titled, Unlocking the Body’s Wisdom; Accessing Your Healing Powers from Within, where she outlines 140 diseases and illness, the root cause, and strategies for holistic healing. Shara currently works with clients 1:1, leads group coaching and intuitive training programs and hosts retreats in nature.
