4 Day Colorado Hiking & Yoga Retreat

Summary

This annual retreat in the mountains of Colorado is the ultimate opportunity to ignite, thrive and shine! We’ll spend four days at the foot of the Collegiate peaks of the Rocky Mountains. The host location for this retreat is Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort, located three hours from Denver between the towns of Buena Vista and Salida, where we’ll indulge in the multiple pools fed by 100% natural hot springs.

Twice a day yoga will help you develop a deeper connection to yourself. Engage in self care by treating yourself at the spa, and enjoy meals that provide the nourishment you’ll need for yoga and hiking. After a shorter hike to acclimate on Friday, join the group on Saturday in a beautiful, six-mile hike to Brown’s Creek Falls where you’ll have the chance to let go of anything that is holding you back from living your best life. This retreat also includes meditation and journaling exercises and a creative activity to help you get clear about what you want more of in your life.

This weekend in the mountains of Colorado will include:

– Daily yoga classes appropriate for all levels including vinyasa-style practice to energize and yin practice to recuperate and restore
– Meals beginning with dinner Thursday evening and ending with breakfast on Sunday morning; a packed lunch will be provided for our hike on Saturday
– Group hikes on Friday and Saturday
– Access to the spa and hot springs
