This will kickstart a daily yoga practice for you. You will download an awesome sequence to use and get great instruction on using it daily. To this sequence you will add the roots of yoga ( yoga history and philosophy) and learn 3 meditation techniques to choose from and use at the end of the sequence as well as mantras, mudras and pranayamas for the opening of the daily practice. There’s just so much and it’s very well organized and easy to follow!
Anna Laurita is a full time yoga teacher, mother of three teens and owner of davannayoga in Puerto Vallarta. She believes you can measure the progress in your yoga practice by the incremental peace you feel daily and how you share that with others. When not teaching yoga, she can be found on a paddle board or walking her dog with her husband.
