Retreat to the sweet life with Soul Candy Yoga Retreat, a 3-day/3-night exploration of YOU. Venture to yoga instructor Andrea Stuart’s high desert haven, nestled on the precipice of the Deschutes National Forest and sequestered against the Newberry National Volcanic Monument.

This year, we’re going in search of buried treasure! Our practices will encourage us to open up to ourselves and to the world around us. We’ll learn how to find gems in the mud of our minds and unearth our potential for living vibrantly every day.

EXPLORE

We’ll explore the elemental powers of nature with daily yoga practices, meditations, nature walks and outdoor activities, journaling and creative exercises, group meals, and discussions. We’ll discover how these elements affect each of us uniquely and unearth ways that the elements can be used to cultivate wellness.

PLAY

Connect with your inner child and play with gravity as guest teacher Katie “Pinto” LeBrun of Pinto Bella Movement Arts teaches Hula Hoop Yoga Fusion. Let playfulness guide you as you explore physical movement.

IMMERSE IN YOUR SENSES

Relax during meditative sound baths as the vibrations wash over your body and slip into your ears. Breathe easy as essential oils swirl around your olfactories and invite you to sleep deeper and release physical and emotional blockages.

NOSH

Enjoy local seasonal fare by Chef James Fink, Proprietor of Wild Oregon Foods. Also, enjoy fun, fulfilling snacks and go home with a recipe or two from Andrea’s personal recipe collection.

About the host

Andrea Stuart

For Andrea, yoga is a lifestyle: scientific in theory, artistic in application, accessible, and fun. Her greatest joy is to share what she has learned with others. At 13, she learned meditation and yoga to help manage anxiety. Yoga has been the cornerstone to her healing. Andrea is a 500-hr RYT and a Master Reiki Practitioner. When she’s not teaching, she can be found on the trails, with a nose in a book, writing and editing, creating recipes in the kitchen, sitting on the patio with a glass of wine, and romping wither her dogs and husband.
