Experience the power and vitality of an early morning sadhana to supercharge and invigorate your entire being. Every morning you’ll be treated to a world-class vinyasa practice, coupled with progressive pranayama, and traditional tantric meditation techniques, as well as some rarely taught hatha-yoga kriyas – cleanses like shankha-prakshalana (the GI tract salt water cleanse), agnisara-kriya and nauli.
After lunch you’ll hone your lifestyle skills with topics such as Ayurveda, the Science of Sleep and a refined understanding of how your body works. Then supremely chill in the afternoon as you nurture your body, mind and spirit with the deep release and soothing benefits of Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, Sound healing and Meditation.
You’ll have plenty of free time to relax, enjoy a massage, hike the mountains or swim in the local river-holes, and do the things you love during the day.

Lila Kirtana completed an Education degree at the University of Technology Sydney in 1998, and has been teaching yoga since 2005. After spending 2.5 years deeply immersed in the yogic lifestyle as a volunteer in a yoga ashram, from 2008 onwards she has been working full time as a yoga teacher trainer in Byron Bay [Certificate IV in Yoga Teaching, RYT-500, Cert IV in Training and Assessment]. Lila is a passionate Bhakti yogi inspired to share the things she loves through yoga teacher trainings.
