Deepen your practice and empower your life with this integrative 8-month program. Whether you wish to teach Yoga or discover more about the ancient tradition, this training is designed for us to come together and create profound transformation in ourselves and the world.
Vira Bhava means the “heart of a warrior.” Our curriculum is rooted in Sri Vidya Tantra Yoga, inviting modern Yogis to expand and apply their understanding of anatomy, history, philosophy, and body energetics. Vira Bhava Yoga School offers trainings across the country that meet and exceed the Yoga Alliance (YA) Certification standards. Maria Borghoff (500 RYT) will be leading the Atlanta training with Kelly Golden (500 E-RYT & ParaYoga Certified) alongside a group of masterful teachers.
Starting in February, we will meet monthly for one full weekend (Friday 7-9pm, and Saturday-Sunday 9am-6pm). Upon completing the program in September 2018, graduates will receive a 230-hour certificate of training and will be eligible to register as a 200-hour Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance.
Vira Bhava Yoga trainings are comprehensive and deeply transformational – providing you with the resources and support to integrate your practice into your daily life. The 8-month period of the training provides you the time and the space to absorb the wealth of content and the benefits of building a personal practice.
