The Itinerary
Day 1, Arrive Delhi, the capital city of India”
Our representative will welcome you at the airport and help you safely transfer to the Hotel.
Check in at the hotel in Delhi.
Rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 2, Early morning Delhi to Haridwar (Drive (4 hours approx. (218.8 km)”
On arrival check in to the hotel.
Haridwar is an ancient city and important Hindu pilgrimage site in North India’s Uttarakhand state, where the River Ganges exits the Himalayan foothills. The largest of several sacred ghats (bathing steps), Har Ki Pauri hosts a nightly Ganga Aarti (river-worshipping ceremony) in which tiny flickering lamps are floated off the steps. Worshipers fill the city during major festivals including the annual Kanwar Mela. Later in the evening we enjoy the fascinating Ganga aarti and local markets.

Day 3, Haridwar to Rishikesh drive (45 min (21.2 km)”
After breakfast at the hotel we continue our journey to Rishikesh.
Rishikesh is a city in India’s northern state of Uttarakhand, in the Himalayan foothills beside the Ganges River. The river is considered holy, and the city is renowned as a center for studying yoga and meditation. Temples and ashrams (centers for spiritual studies) line the eastern bank around Swarg Ashram, a traffic-free, alcohol-free and vegetarian enclave upstream from Rishikesh town.
On arrival we check in to the hotel in Rishikesh.
Later in the afternoon visit laxman jhula & Ram jhula – local markets, Beatles ashram and enjoy Ganga aarti and mantra chantings in evening at Parmath niketan ashram ghat.

Day 4, Rishikesh”
Yoga and Meditation class in the morning,
After breakfast today we will visit and drive to a very famous Neelkanth Mahadev temple dedicated to blue throat form of lord Shiva. The temple is situated at a height of 1330 meters and is located about 32 km from Rishikesh in the Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand, India.
The temple is one of the most revered holy shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva and is a prominent Hindu pilgrimage site. It is surrounded by dense forests and is adjacent to the mountain ranges of Nar-Narayan. It is enveloped between the valleys of Manikoot, Brahmakoot, and Vishnukoot and is located at the confluence of the rivers Pankaja and Madhumati.
Later after lunch we drive to visit the Vashistha meditation cave or Vashistha Gufa is an old give in where incredible Sage Vashistha pondered. According to Hindu folklore, Sage Vashistha was a manas putra (human child) of Lord Brahma and one of the seven incredible sages (Saptarishi). Situated at 25 km from Rishikesh in Badrinath highway, Vashistha Cave is prominent among people who seek profound contemplation in Rishikesh.
We will sit in the cave for some time for meditation and later enjoy the nature and peacefulness at bank of holy river Ganga flowing just next to the ashram.

Day 5, Rishikesh to Kanatal drive 2 h 45 min (79.0 km)”

After breakfast at the hotel, today we drive more up in the mountains to our next destination Kanatal and visit kunjapuri Devi Temple (The Goddess temple) on the way up.
Kunjapuri Devi Temple is sacred temple of immense importance in Hindu religion. Located at a height of 1676 mtrs on a hill, Kunjapuri Devi Temple is one of the 52 Shaktipeeth in Uttarakhand. Here at Kunjapuri Devi Temple, the chest of burned Sati had fallen. Kunjapuri Devi Temple also offers panoramic views of snowcapped mountains and peaks such as Swarga Rohini, Gangotri, Banderpunch and Chaukhamba.
After visiting the Goddess temple we continue or jorney to kanatal.
Located in the picturesque settings of the Garhwal Himalayas, the charming hill station of Kanatal is a perfect location to go deeper in to the self and practice yoga and meditation. Encircled by the sun-kissed peaks and the velvety coniferous trees, Kanatal still remains relatively unexplored.The tiny hamlet of Kanatal is perched at an elevation of 8,500 feet above sea level.

After breakfast visit Surkanda Devi Temple, It is dedicated to God Sati by a comfortable trek of 2 km. Then visit Tehri dam, this is the highest dam in India and one of the highest in the world. It is a multi-purpose rock and earth-fill embankment dam on the Bhagirathi River near Tehri in Uttarakhand, India. It is the primary dam of the THDC India Ltd. and the Tehri hydroelectric complex.

The yoga sessions will be a balanced combination of poses and a sustained increase awareness of posture to another. Awareness and attention to our breathing are important aspects of the course. Vigilance is always given to the alignment of basic therapeutic principles and postures. Adaptations are available to help individuals understand and work with their individual limitations. Classes are energetically balanced, incorporating a good physical workout, poses soothing and deep relaxation.
