What makes this event special...

During the first part of the retreat we will explore some of the most renowned places in India: New Delhi, Agra and Jaipur – also known as the Golden Triangle, and, on the last 3-4 days, we will head to Isha Yoga Center.

The Isha Yoga Center situated at the foothills of Velliangiri, on the outskirts of Coimbatore, is the headquarters for Isha Foundation. Sadhguru established Isha Foundation, a non-profit, volunteer-run organization operating in more than 300 centers and supported by over nine million volunteers worldwide. Through powerful yoga programs for inner transformation and inspiring social outreach initiatives, Isha Foundation has created a massive movement dedicated to addressing all aspects of human wellbeing.

We will explore ayurvedic therapies, meditation in high energy places and inner stillness.

Cristina Bara

I’m an optimist, a transformational coach and I hold space for personal transformation.

I graduated Mind Learners coaching school, certified by ICF, and I am a Compassionate Inquiry practitioner on the certification path (a psycho-therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Mate and N.D. Sat Dharam Kaur).

I hold individual coaching sessions (in person or on-line), mindfulness workshops and guided meditation sessions.
