The retreat is the perfect combination of Yoga, Wildlife and Adventure. We will visit Namibia’s Greatest Wildlife Park, explore the German influenced coastal town where the Ocean meets the Desert, and meditate in the stillness of the oldest Desert in the World. The venues are set in unique locations offering the most incredible tranquil settings in harmony with nature.

Most days are set to begin with a morning yoga practice out in nature. What better place to find yourself at sunrise? The picture-perfect settings will give you the feeling as though time is standing still and you will almost certainly be able to hear the landscapes whispering rejuvenation into your soul as the world awakes.
The remainder of the day will be spent on excursions and relaxation.
As the days draw to a close, you will find yourself back in nature for an afternoon yoga practice at sunset. An incredible way to end the day and quiet your mind before dinner under the starlit skies…

ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK
Namibia’s greatest Wildlife sanctuary, the Etosha National Park is situated in the Northern part of the country. It has exceptional wildlife including black Rhino, Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Cheetah, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hyena, Zebra, Springbok, Kudu, Gemsbok and Eland. The park is home to 114 species of mammals, 340 bird species, 110 reptile species and 16 amphibian species which make game viewing in Etosha a unique experience
Prime destination for nature lovers combined with excellent service and cuisine! Etosha Village uniquely delivers the perfect safari style experience in a private and protected reserve directly adjacent to the Etosha National Park, near Okaukuejo.

Lunch: Served a’ la carte with loads of mouth-watering dishes to choose from, but we will also have lunches at nearby lodges.
Dinner: The popular buffet dinner will leave you spoiled for choice between the salads, side dishes, grilled meats and stir-fries – all prepared fresh and in front of every guest! For the perfect ending there is a range of decadent dessert sensations as well as a variety of cheeses and biscuits.
Swakopmund is a beach resort and an example of German colonial architecture with a laid back feel to it with palm trees, good restaurants and gift shops. Swakopmund, especially out of season, can feel like a holiday town along Germany’s North Sea and Baltic coasts transplanted onto African soil.

In the south you find Sossusvlei, a major tourist attraction and undoubtedly Namibia’s most iconic landscape. The rust-red dunes, bleached white pans and deep blue sky are instantly recognisable. The dunes are as high as 300m and has taken a million years to develop. Deadvlei, a white clay pan with dead camel thorn trees and the dunes surrounding it is the pride of the Namib Desert. The pitch-black trees and bleached white pans paired with rusty-red dunes and blue skies make this a paradise for photographers….so make sure not to forget your camera!
Desert Quiver Camp
Desert Quiver Camp uniquely combines comfort and style. Conveniently located a mere 5km from the entrance gate to Sossusvlei, the inspiring scenery characterized by granite outcrops, spectacular views and roaming wildlife will captivate your senses. The accommodation units have spacious twin-bedded room, en-suite bathrooms, and patio. Facilities at the main building include a fully stocked bar with a big screen television, a sparkling swimming pool and 2 communal boma-areas. Meals can be enjoyed at the nearby Sossusvlei Lodge restaurant and their Adventure Centre offers a range of exciting desert activities to explore the area.
At Sossusvlei Lodge – The al fresco terrace offers magnificent views over Elim Dune and of the floodlit waterhole where you can watch the passing parade of oryx, springbok, jackal, ground squirrel and hyena, whilst enjoying exquisite food and wine. For lunch the chef will spoil you with the mouth-watering meal of the day accompanied by a variety of salads and side dishes.
