Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe
2 – Cups of Organic Sweet Potato – Shredded
2 – Cups of Organic Red Radishes – Shredded
2 – Cups of Organic Yellow Carrots – Shredded – Use regular carrots if you can’t find yellow – yellow carrots just add more color to the coleslaw.
5 – Cups of Organic Cabbage – Shredded Very Fine
4 – Tablespoons of Organic Stone Ground Mustard
4 – Tablespoons of Organic Honey
1 1/2 – Tablespoons of A.I. Brand “Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce” — add more if you like it spicy.
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Mix everything in a large bowl until everything is coated with the sauce.
Place in the fridge and it’s ready to serve.
Serves 12 people
This is a great weight loss food and you can enjoy all you want.
Remember to eat organic – Regular fruits, veggies, and grains contain from 30 to 50 disease-causing chemicals in them… not good. So eat organic and stay healthy.
