Delicious French Potato Soup

Here is a super tasty and very warming soup for those cold winter days. It’s easy to make and will keep you going for hours. And this soup is full of lots of powerful healing agents which lowers blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, helps to prevent cancer, it’s anti-inflammatory, helps with pain, prevents gastric ulcers, it’s full of wonderful omega 3 oils, and so much more.

Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe:


8 – Medium Organic Red Potatoes – Cut into Medium Pieces

1 – Large Organic Rutabaga – Cut into Thin Strips

1 – Large Organic Kohlrabi – Cut into Thin Strips

1 – Medium Organic Yellow Onion – Chopped Fine

1 – Teaspoon of Organic Turmeric Powder — This gives it a nice yellow color

8 – Cloves of Organic Garlic – Minced

1 1/2 – Tablespoons of Mrs. Dash Seasoning

3 – Organic Salt-Free Veggie Bouillon Cubes

2 – Tablespoons of Organic Herbs de Provence Spice Blend

1/3 – Teaspoon of Mild Organic Chili Powder

Enough Filter Water to Cover Everything

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Place everything in a large pot except the Herbs de Provence and bring everything to a simmer. Simmer until everything is nice and tender.

Then mix in the Herbs de Provence and let cool.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Serves 12 People

Along with a nice green salad, this is a full spectrum meal.
