Yoga Sculpt is a fusion of my love of dance, the Bar Method, yoga, and meditation. It IS NOT aggressive or fast. We definitely don’t do jumping jacks, burpees or use weights.

You DO need a chair for one of the routines. We DO use music. We DO use a block in the first routine (but you can substitute a book!) We DO tone using isometric movements ideal for sculpting long, lean muscles. Ultimately, I’m STILL a yogi, so we still DO yoga and a closing meditation in each class.

Routines are approximately 20-minutes in length.
