Join Tehla for a free online yoga challenge each morning for 5 days! Start at any time and sign up via www.tehla-jane.com/yoga to be fully supported with daily emails of encouragement and motivation!

Each morning of the program we will share a practice with a different theme and vibe, this has been deliberate and is designed to encourage you to try a new style of movement or breathing and open your mind to a variety of practices that can all deepen your connection on a range of levels.

Here is a little summary of what to expect on each day of the program:
DAY ONE – Alignment and symmetry (standing movements)
DAY TWO – Balances and breathing exercises
DAY THREE – Energy upgrade – yoga for increasing your energy levels
DAY FOUR – Twisting and turning for improved digestion and gut health, as well as a bit of fun!
DAY FIVE – Yin and yawn – yoga for relaxation, floor based movement and a better night’s sleep

Stick with it to receive your bonus session on meditation tips after the final day!

Please ensure you are wearing comfortable clothing and bare feet if possible, a yoga mat or non slip surface, water bottle, pillow or cushion and a chair if your flexibility is in the lower range. Try if you can to reserve at least 30 minutes for each morning practice and if possible see if you can set up in the same area of your home (inside or outside).

Perfect for any level of experience including new-to-yoga or advanced, this challenge is for all of us and will meet you where you are at each day.

​Using gentle movements, balance, strength, twists and breathing exercises, let’s practice together to reclaim control over our bodies and minds and create a daily ritual to honour our higher selves whilst combating stress, anxiety and overwhelm!
