I’m Christina P. Kantzavelos, And This Is My Dharma

My name is Christina Kantzavelos and traveling and helping others to do the same is what fuels my soul. It has taken a while and a rather significant dent in my pocket to find my true passion. I have two masters degrees, one in social work (MSW) and one in the library and information sciences (MLIS), and am currently a practicing Licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW) in San Diego, and conduct humanitarian work both domestically and abroad. I have traveled to over 30 different countries and documented most of it on my website and Instagram profile. But it was in completing the Camino de Santiago in November 2015, that I realized my true passion for writing, and hence the name, BuenQamino.

Personal or Professional Goals:

I have a few personal and professional goals. Personally, I hope to continue finding peace and balance nutritionally, spiritually and emotionally. For my travel blog, I hope to be an online trusted resource for gluten-free and allergen-friendly travel. For my writing, I hope to continue creating and writing beautiful content for other brands, and individuals, including grant writing for organizations. For my humanitarian work, I hope to be able to continue responding to a disaster and humanitarian crises domestically and internationally. And in terms of psychotherapy, I hope to be able to help others find their life purpose within themselves and be a trusted resource for community resources and referrals.

What’s Your Offering to the World?

Resources, research, quality content, realization, and maximization of worth, joy and laughter.

Who/What Inspires You?

My beautiful parents, who have been through so much and still are grateful, humble, supportive and loving. And of course nature… All of it. There is no better ‘reset’ button or inspiration.

To inspire and spread joy through my words and actions.
