Nikki Lanigan


Nikki is a yoga, fitness, HIIT, and Barre instructor. She is also a Holistic Health Coach through Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Nikki is trained in Yoga Shred by Sadi Nardini, Yoga Psychology through Ashley Turner’s Yogi, Psyche, Soul Training, meditation, chakra balancing, and EFT/Tapping.

She got her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2017 at the Carrie Treister School Of Yoga.

Nikki specializes in helping burned out moms prioritize their health so they can thrive in life. She hopes to empower women to say yes to their health and happiness while sharing tips + mindset shifts to level up.
