I am a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and holistic nutrition coach. I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and earned my teaching certification 6 years ago. I began incorporating mobility drills into my workout routine about three years ago because I wasn’t getting the results I wanted from yoga alone. By combining yoga and mobility drills I became stronger, more flexible, and able to do all kinds of movement I wasn’t able to achieve before. So I decided to create yoga mo-flo and make it available for everyone to benefit from my learning experiences. Health coaching available.
