My spiritual journey began around 6 years ago and I started diving deep into the world of energy healing at the start of 2020 when I qualified as an Emotion Code practitioner and a Crystal Healing Guide.

I use energy healing to help people release unresolved emotions that are trapped in the body and cause havoc with our energy flow. I use crystals to re-align and re-change the energy centres.
