Emily is a writer and yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She is certified in Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, and she is a certified Yoga Nidra facilitator. Emily has a passion for yoga, health, wellness, and fitness as well as any practices and techniques that support the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote a more peaceful state of mind. She believes the health of the nervous system is key to overall health and wellbeing.
