Hi Elisa, Erik, and Kim!

My question is about my life purpose. Can you tell me about my life purpose and what direction I need to go to help fulfill it?

Thanks and lots of love to you all!

Desirae T.

Hey Desirae! The key to knowing your life purpose is easy. Staying aligned with it seems to be the trouble. Here’s the difference. You have to trust what you feel drawn to do. Allow yourself to feel the emotional connection when you’re doing something. When an idea hatches in your mind, that’s because the universe is manifesting through you. So trust your thoughts and ideas. Trust what your heart tells you. Don’t give up on that trust or your heart no matter what you’re going through. Life gets hard, and the shit you go through gets dense, but don’t give up on trusting your heart.

Hi,

I would like to know if Daniel is my soul mate, if Erik can tell me. I hope he can.

Thank you!

Kathleen E.

Kathleen, remember not to render yourself helpless to know and trust what your heart feels and is telling you. It wouldn’t do you any good if I just offered you a yes or no answer. That’s teaching you to trust me more than you trust yourself. There’s no value in that. You have to trust the connections you fee, or the lack thereof. If I said yes, you’d simply try to force an illusion, living through a truth that I gave you instead of listening to the truth of your heart. If I said no, you could deny yourself the opportunity to live a life with a soulmate based on my judgment. Neither will be an authentic truth for you. You must trust your gut and your heart because you already know the answer to this question. I can, however, give you tips on how to improve your relationships with Daniel. Remember to not let yourself get tangled in the web of thoughts and overthink everything. Practice communicating in a way that makes sense to him, not you. You’ll connect better that way, and there will be less chances of being misunderstood. Check out the book, Nonviolent Communication, by Marshall Rosenberg, PhD.

Is overdosing from drugs part of a spiritual contract or what? Is it like, “Wait, you aren’t suppose to be here yet” or is it part of the plan?

Cassandra M.

Hey Cassandra! Well, not always. Most of the time an addiction is developed due to an energy pattern, a type of frequency that is present in your being. It’s a level that one hasn’t transcended and evolved through yet, and that creates the abuse or addictive behavior. Addictive behaviors are basically a lack of presence with the Now, a lack of consciousness. Consciousness knows it has a choice, and knows the freedom in that. A lack of consciousness develops  patterns of addiction. Overdose, most of the time, happens through free will. It’s a manifestation of thoughts. Now, to address the second part of your question- there is never such thing as a person in the physical that isn’t supposed to be here yet. If they weren’t supposed to be here, they wouldn’t have manifested into a human being through the love and life force of Go, the Divine source of All That Is. All That Is, is intended.

Hello,

I was wondering if Erik could comment on sexual fetishes: Why do we have them, and what’s the spiritual reason behind their existence, especially with some of the stranger ones such as being attracted to cars, tornadoes, falling down stairs, being wrapped up as a mummy, or even being damned?

Thank you,

John D.

Hey John! What’s up? Sexual fetishes? Well, most of the time, sexual fetishes are a display of a confusion of passion or projecting your passion. It can also be an attachment. Here’s what I mean. For example, if you have a thing for cars, there most likely is an emotional attachment of passion to cars. It’s not the actual car that turns you on but the attached memory or emotional tie. You may not be conscious of the emotional tie, but that emotion can be triggered when the image of a car comes into your awareness. Past events where erotic behavior was experienced with or tied to cars can become stamped into your subconscious and now repeats itself and unfolds into your consciousness emotionally every time you see a car or a certain type of car. It’s an attachment hanging out in the subconscious mind that triggers conscious reactions and emotions. Now, to move past them, you must revisit the attachment. Past life regressions, meditations and emotional freedom tapping techniques can help.

There’s a being dubbed as the Chicago Mothman that’s been seen by dozens of

people since April 1st. I want to know why is it coming to the Chicago area?

Thank you so much,

Teresa O.

Hey Teresa. Well, first off there are many different species of beings out there that humans aren’t aware of because of the vast difference in vibratory frequencies. The Mothman sightings are depicting a multidimensional being similar to Bigfoot. They can shift dimensional planes due to expanded awareness. Now, it’s not like it’s targeting the Chicago area for any reason, but there is a mutual frequency occurring there and other places that allows humans to experience the being. It’s a collective awareness in the area, a frequency pattern.

Hi Erik, Elisa and Kim.

I hope you’re all well. Erik, you inspired me to create a herbal tea product which contains hemp. So far it has been helping people with their health. I wondered whether I’m on the right track to helping more people?

Much love to you all

Kirsty G.

Hey Kirsty! The tea? Well, if it helps just one person, does that validate your cause? Of course it does! So trust the process now to develop it further, and adjust your recipes to extend the tea life and potency for different illnesses. Also work on your delivery and introduction of your product. Your teas will help, but getting people to try something new is half the battle. Keep going.

Why, as a medium, is it so difficult for me to speak with my family that has crossed over while I can speak with everyone else’s?

Carla F.

Hey Carla! Well, there are a few reasons. Everyone is a medium; all it takes is inner stillness to hear better. They are there: your loved ones, your friends, everyone. You just can’t hear them most of the time because your inner space is bogged down and filled up with other thought clutter. Now, as far as friends and family go, you have to remove yourself from the picture, and you’ll be able to channel them too. It’s easy to stay objective for your clients but not for yourself. Bring presence and awareness to channeling them by dissolving your attachments to the role they played in your life.

Ericka E,

Should I buy the house?

Hey Ericka! Well, sure I could tell you yes or no, but no matter what decision you ultimately make, it isn’t about yes or no and which is right or wrong, but, instead it’s about learning and living through the process. Every process has purpose for your growth. Trust that. Don’t render yourself helpless in the ability to trust your gut. If I tell you what to do, I’m teaching you to trust in me and hold that higher than trusting your own heart, and that is illness at its best. Trust you heart, not your mind. Stop weighing the pros and cons and feel it, with your heart.

Hi Elisa,

I feel bad when I weed my garden. What about landscapers who cut down trees for a living?

Jeanne H

Jeanne, I understand your compassionate heart. A love and gratitude for all things, even weeding your garden transmutes any negative attachment. But if you’re pulling those weeds in fear, resentment, anxiousness or anything else that you’re afraid of, that will be the energetic exchange. You have to release your attachment to negativity when you weed your garden. Anything in fear is negative, so don’t fear that you’re doing something wrong. Love what you’re doing.

There was a guy I was with, but things ended in a weird way. I keep getting signs about him but not sure what they mean. Do you see him being the one or me ending up with someone else?

Stephanie M.

Hey Stephanie! Well, when you keep seeing signs about something or someone, then there’s unresolved feelings and energy there.  It’ll continue to manifest until you resolve the unsettled emotions. It’s a pattern that you didn’t transcend through, so it’ll continue to manifest through you until your consciousness  transcends it. Do what you have to. Assert your emotions and allow evolution.
