Your Personal or Professional Goals:
I’m currently doing a lot of press for 21 Days to Resilience and traveling around the world for speaking engagements, corporate training seminars, retreats, and keynotes for conferences. I’m off to Europe soon for a book tour as well.
I intend to continue to write more books in the future but 21 Days to Resilience is certainly my focus right now.
I’m hoping to incorporate this content into curriculum at academic institutions, and there is a thirst for this information among parents, so that’s certainly something I’m also talking a lot about these days: resilience and kids.
I’m very involved in the television and digital media space and will continue working within that platform to create content that is empowering and inspiring.
What’s your offering to the world:
I want to redefine wellness. I believe happiness should be a byproduct of our lives, not the end goal.
I also strongly believe resilience is the key to success long term – it can be taught and we need to focus on how, not just why it’s important.
Who/What Inspires You:
My two toddlers and my husband. They are my greatest teachers. They give me hope.
My purpose is to live a life rich with meaning; to maintain a healthy family unit by being an engaged mother and wife; and to help others strengthen resilience and well-being.
I hope to do so with grace, humility, compassion, love, courage, and integrity.

Some Parting Advice:
One piece of advice I give others but don’t follow enough myself is to take tech breaks.
Don’t let social media become your default past time.
That’s so hard to do in this day and age especially when Social Media is such a huge part of our business lives as well.
But it’s imperative to have tech free zones in your home and cultivate experiences that don’t involve technology or you can just be and enjoy real human moments.
